Job Description

WE are a leading manufacturers of Surge arresters up to 765 kV and Instrument transformers up to 132 kv.

Our tech team is the driving force of our business, offering products and solutions to our valued Customers.

We are looking for a highly motivated

Operation/Factory Manager

who will ensure that the products are manufactured efficiently, on time, and within budget including planning, organizing, and controlling all aspects of the production process, from raw materials to finished goods including shop floor testing and dispatch. This includes managing resources, employees, safety and processes to achieve optimal production outcomes.

Main Responsibilities



Assist in managing daily production operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards and shipments targets. Collaborate with production staff to optimize workflows and eliminate bottlenecks Monitor production metrics and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement Facilitate communication between production teams and other departments to ensure alignment on goals and timelines Assist in training and onboarding new production staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning Participate in the implementation of safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations

Required and Preferred Qualifications



Required: ELECTRICAL OR MECHANICAL ENGINEERS



5 + years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Preferred:



Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within production Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and practices Proficiency in production management software or ERP systems

Technical Skills:



Understanding of production scheduling and inventory management Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis Basic knowledge of quality control processes and techniques

Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to embrace new challenges Commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting team members
