Qualification :

Candidates with relevant qualification degree preferably holding a bachelor's degree or a relevant field.

People with experience in operational videography can also apply.

Timings:

10 AM- 6 PM (Mon-Sat)

Stipend: Paid

(INR 10000 - INR 15000)

The Role

We are seeking an

Operational Videographer

who is not only creatively talented behind the lens but also highly organized, efficient, and adept at managing the entire video production lifecycle within a tight, deadline-driven agency environment. This role requires a professional who can deliver high-quality, conversion-focused video content at scale, ensuring every project aligns with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Execute Full-Cycle Video Production:

Concept, script/storyboard, shoot, direct, and edit a high volume of diverse video content (e.g., social media ads, client testimonials, short-form interviews, internal training, brand stories) from inception to final delivery.

Maintain Technical Excellence:

Operate, maintain, and manage all video equipment (cameras, lighting, audio gear, teleprompters). Ensure consistent, broadcast-quality standards in all produced content.

Adapt Shooting Styles:

Efficiently manage on-location and in-studio shoots, quickly adapting to various environments, lighting conditions, and client-specific needs with minimal setup time.

Motion Graphics & Branding:

Incorporate motion graphics, on-screen text, and client branding elements (logos, lower thirds) seamlessly into edits.

Requirements

2+ years

of professional experience as a Videographer, Editor, or Video Producer, ideally within a digital marketing agency or high-volume content production environment.

Expert proficiency

in

Canon EOS R6/ R8

,

Alfa Mac 3, Podcasts setup & shooting, Video Editing ( Cap-Cut, After Effects & Priemer Pro, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, particularly Premiere Pro is needed.

Familiarity with Audition and Photoshop is essential.

Proven portfolio

demonstrating a wide range of video styles, with an emphasis on

performance-driven marketing content

(e.g., short-form social ads).

Strong technical knowledge

of various camera systems, lighting techniques (3-point lighting, practical lighting), and professional audio recording.
