Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and responsible

Operational Team Leader

to oversee daily warehouse and operational activities. The ideal candidate will manage a team, ensure smooth workflow, coordinate logistics, monitor productivity, and maintain quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and hands-on experience in operations.

Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership

Lead, guide, and supervise the operations team in daily tasks such as packing, sorting, labeling, and dispatch. Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely completion. Train new staff on operational processes, safety, and quality standards. Monitor team performance and report issues to management.

Operational Management

Oversee order picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Manage inbound and outbound stock movement and related documentation. Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Perform quality checks to ensure items meet company standards.

Logistics Coordination

Coordinate with logistics partners for timely pickups and deliveries. Track shipment status and resolve any delays or discrepancies. Work closely with the customer support team to resolve operational issues.

Inventory Control

Update and maintain accurate inventory records. Identify stock discrepancies and report them to the supervisor. Ensure smooth flow of inventory and timely replenishment.

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, warehouse management, or team leadership. Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer skills (Excel, email, WhatsApp). Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
