Role Overview
We're seeking an Operations Team Lead who will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing operations across both domestic and international markets.
This individual will work closely with senior management, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of operational processes, cost optimization, and timely product delivery. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in supply chain management, vendor development, process optimization, and operational planning ideally within consumer tech, wellness, or hardware-driven industries.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with senior management to ensure smooth end-to-end supply chain, logistics, and freight operations.
Develop and execute a robust operations and logistics strategy for national and international markets.
Build and manage relationships with vendors, logistics partners, and last-mile providers to ensure seamless product delivery.
Monitor operational KPIs, identify performance gaps, and drive process improvements for efficiency and productivity.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards across logistics, inventory, and manufacturing functions.
Partner with distribution and retail partners to manage inventory flow and ensure timely deliveries.
Work closely with part manufacturers to ensure optimal component sourcing and cost efficiency.
Forecast and plan product manufacturing, inventory, and delivery schedules to align with business goals.
Manage BOM planning and unit economics to enhance profitability and reduce operational costs.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, and Customer Support teams to ensure a superior end-customer experience.
Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring business continuity and smooth execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics management, preferably in consumer electronics, hardware, wellness tech, or FMCG sectors.
Strong understanding of inventory control, vendor management, and order fulfillment processes.
Proven experience in developing and managing multiple vendors and logistics networks.
Analytical mindset with expertise in forecasting, demand planning, and process improvement.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, ERP systems, and supply chain management platforms.
Strong leadership and people management capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in handling international logistics or export operations.
Knowledge of BOM planning, cost optimization, and unit economics.
Exposure to hardware product manufacturing and assembly environments.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple priorities.
