What is the incumbent, Digital Assets Operations Team responsible for
We're seeking a detail-oriented Systems Analyst to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will excel in system monitoring, investigating, and troubleshooting alerts. Curiosity, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset are essential. Additionally, you'll contribute to the design and development of new features. Flexibility in scheduling comprehensive time zone coverage is a must. This team will eventually give 24/7 support. What is the incumbent, Digital Assets Operations, responsible for
o Monitor production systems and respond to alerts in a timely and effective manner o Investigate and troubleshoot issues across multiple systems and services o Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to improve system reliability and visibility oContribute to operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge sharing oParticipate in the development and rollout of new features and improvements o Rotate on-call coverage to ensure round-the-clock support What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful
o Experience in systems analysis, operations support, or site reliability engineering oProficiency with monitoring tools and log analysis oStrong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach o Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams o Excellent communication and documentation skills Preferred/Plus Skills and Experience: o Experience with Azure cloud services o Familiarity with Java and Spring Boot applications o Hands-on experience with Splunk for log analysis o Understanding of Okta for identity and access management o Comfort working with Kubernetes-managed environments oExposure to public blockchain data query and interrogation tools or techniques Shift Timings for now: 6AM - 3PM & 2PM - 11PM IST
