We are seeking a seasoned

Operational Supervisor - Security & Operations

to strengthen our Operations and Security team. This position is ideal for a

retired Army officer or equivalent professional

with strong leadership, discipline, and hands-on operational expertise.

Reporting To:

Operational Head

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee day-to-day campus operations and security functions Ensure strict compliance with safety, security, and operational protocols Supervise, manage, and mentor operations and security teams across locations Prepare and submit campus security and operational reports to the Operational Head Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies as required Handle crisis management, risk assessment, and contingency planning Monitor security systems, manpower deployment, and operational efficiency

Preferred Profile:

Retired Army personnel or equivalent. Strong background in operations and security management Proven leadership, decision-making, and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a structured yet dynamic corporate environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
