We are looking for a seasoned

Operational Supervisor

to strengthen our

Operations & Security Team

. This role is ideal for a

retired Army officer or equivalent

with strong leadership, discipline, and operational expertise.

Role Overview:

Lead and oversee day-to-day operational and security functions Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational protocols Manage and mentor operations/security teams across locations Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies Handle crisis management, risk assessment, and contingency planning

Preferred Profile:

Retired army personnel / Senior defence officer or equivalent. Strong background in operations, administration, and security management Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills Ability to work in a structured yet dynamic corporate environment
