Working with product and process subject matter experts, define and document client service and implementations procedures including setting up calls and follow ups
Develop procedure content and ensuring the appropriate approvals are taken prior to publishing
Checking for cross regional impact in case of global procedures
Deliver business training and communications as required
Ensuring procedures are current and annually reviewed
Timely escalations and follow up with the relevant stakeholders
Provide daily support of Process and Procedure websites, resolving issues, answering user questions, and implementing small fix requests
Ensuring reporting is current and emailed on a daily/monthly basis
Develop subject matter expertise to write and review content
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of experience
Prior knowledge of CIB Products, Adobe Dreamweaver product is an added advantage
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work as an individual contributor and a team player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including demonstrated ability to create effective presentations and clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
Result driven, flexible and be able to adapt to changes quickly
Analytical and trouble shooting skills
