Role Summary The JPMorgan Chase Corporate Third Party Oversight (CTPO) team is responsible for developing, deploying, overseeing and ongoing reporting of a program that ensures the effective use of third parties and affiliates to accomplish JPMorgan Chase\'s strategic goals. The focus of the program is to ensure our third parties are performing to the same high standards that JPMorgan Chase holds itself accountable to including client service, quality, control, regulatory compliance, business resiliency and protection of information. CTPO - LEORA is a centralized group that manages the Management Information Reporting across JPMC Legal Entities. This group is responsible for the operational reporting that supports the SMF24\'s and Board members\' prescribed responsibilities for Outsourcing in accordance with requirements from regulators like PRA, FCA, EBA, CBI etc. Key Responsibilities Of This Role Include The Following This role reports functionally to the LEORA lead based in Hyderabad, however you\'ll work with stakeholders across EMEA region. Supporting the development and execution of the management information reporting that supports the SMF24 in discharge of their prescribed responsibility for outsourcing under the Senior Manager Regime, in accordance with the PRA Rulebook (Rule 2 covers Outsourcing) and the FCA Senior Management Arrangements, Systems and Controls (SYSC 8) Working in partnership with Location Governance Control (LGC) representatives in EMEA based JPMC Legal Entities Supporting in the development and execution of the management information reporting including the continued development of governance protocols and best practice documents Work on data clean-up projects to remediate historic data Support technical enhancement efforts in the phase of requirements gathering and testing tools Provide support to key stakeholders to continue to enhance / develop collaborative approach within oversight model Build relationships across functions and geographies to expand influence and knowledge Ensure awareness of, and compliance with, relevant policies, controls, regulations and escalation protocols Ability to draft and review technical specifications for Technology and Reporting teams Ability to test reports to specifications Ability to reconcile data between different reports Key Skills & Experience Required Strong Excel / Alteryx skills required to manipulate large data sets Strong communication skills - both verbal and written Flexible attitude in dealing with multiple tasks and the level of change inherent in processes which are still being defined Strong team player with aptitude for risk management, compliance and oversight and control Ability to build strong working relationships with business partners in internal LOBs across the firm Keen eye for detail in order to prepare management information and other ad hoc reports Strong control mindset & attention to detail Experience in an investment banking regulatory, compliance or operational team is desirable Able to demonstrate working in a control focused environment Attested track record of working to deadlines, with accountability and responsibility for independent workload JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world\'s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
