Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Experience:

Ensure exceptional service, handle complaints, and maintain high satisfaction levels.

Operational Oversight:

Manage all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, Spa) for efficiency.

Financial Management:

Monitor budgets, control costs, forecast, and manage expenses to maximize profitability.

Staff Leadership:

Recruit, train, schedule, motivate, and supervise hotel teams.

Standards & Compliance:

Implement policies, enforce health/safety, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Strategic Planning:

Collaborate with senior management to develop business plans, increase revenue, and improve market share.

Vendor & Supply Management:

Coordinate with suppliers to maintain amenities and services.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
