Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily administrative and operational functions at Zen Hospital. The ideal candidate will ensure that all departments operate efficiently, maintain high standards of patient care, and comply with healthcare regulations. This role involves coordinating between nursing, medical staff, finance, human resources, and facilities management, while implementing strategic plans to align with the hospital's mission of excellence in healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily hospital operations and administrative functions to ensure smooth workflow across departments and with other stake holders from society Coordinate between various departments to optimize efficiency and resource allocation. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives. Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure cost-effective operations. Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations, including local standards and policies relevant to Hyderabad-based facilities. Supervise and support hospital staff, including department heads, and manage staffing schedules. Monitor patient satisfaction levels, address complaints promptly, and foster a positive patient experience. Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts. Handle resource allocation, including equipment and supplies, to support clinical services like endocrinology, cardiology, and neurology at Zen Hospital.
Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital or clinical operations, ideally in a multi-specialty setting. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage teams and interact with patients. In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards (e.g., NABH accreditation processes). Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and healthcare management software. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and drive staff retention and development.
Preferred Skills

Experience in process improvement and change management. Familiarity with hospital-specific challenges in urban areas like Hyderabad, such as high patient volumes. Commitment to patient-centered care and team collaboration.
