Role Overview
We are hiring an
Agency Operations Manager
to lead and coordinate agency operations across teams, projects, and client engagements. This role is responsible for ensuring
structured execution, timely delivery, and consistent quality
across all ongoing work.
The Agency Operations Manager works closely with
internal teams, sales, and clients
to align priorities, manage workflows, and maintain accountability at every stage of delivery, supporting smooth day-to-day operations and sustainable agency growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam & Workflow Management
Coordinate and manage designers, motion graphic artists, social media managers, and freelancers
Plan and allocate daily and weekly tasks across teams
Monitor progress, quality, and timelines
Conduct regular check-ins and review meetings
Ensure internal processes and workflows are followed
Project & Delivery Oversight
Oversee execution of all client deliverables
Track timelines and ensure commitments are met
Identify potential delays or risks and address them proactively
Ensure quality standards are maintained across all outputs
Reduce rework through clear briefing and structured execution
Client Coordination
Manage client onboarding and ongoing communication
Handle feedback, revisions, and approvals efficiently
Set clear expectations around timelines and scope
Support client retention through reliable delivery and communication
Sales & Internal Alignment
Coordinate with sales to ensure clarity on scope and deliverables
Support proposal explanations and follow-ups when required
Help prevent scope creep and ensure alignment between sales promises and delivery
Reporting & Process Improvement
Maintain project trackers and operational dashboards
Share regular updates on project status and team workload
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
Support leadership with operational insights and planning
Required Skills & Qualifications
4-7 years experience in a digital marketing or creative agency
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple clients
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good understanding of digital marketing workflows and timelines
Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience using tools such as ClickUp, Trello, Notion, Asana, or similar
High level of ownership, organisation, and accountability
Good to Have
Experience working closely with sales teams
Exposure to performance marketing or branding projects
Leadership or team mentoring experience
