We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day floor operations across multiple teams, including editing, social media management, shoot team, and ad management. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between management and team members, ensuring smooth workflow, proper reporting, and performance tracking.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Operations & Workflow Management
Monitor daily activities of the editing, social media, shoot, and ad manager teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
Track who is working on what, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are aligned with company goals.
Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest improvements for efficiency.
Ensure teams follow proper reporting structure and maintain discipline on the floor.
2. Team Supervision & Performance Tracking
Oversee performance of 10-15 team members, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities.
Maintain productivity, and output records.
Conduct periodic performance reviews and share feedback with management.
Identify issues within teams (performance gaps, communication problems, delays) and resolve them promptly.
3. Data Management & Reporting
Collect, organize, and maintain performance data, campaign results, and operational reports.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
Conduct basic data analysis to track productivity, campaign success, and efficiency metrics.
Suggest data-driven strategies to improve team output and efficiency.
4. Communication & Coordination
Act as a liaison between management and the operations teams.
Ensure clear communication of company goals, targets, and updates to all team members.
Arrange and document team meetings, ensuring key action items are tracked.
5. Process Improvement
Recommend process enhancements to improve task allocation, reporting style, and overall team performance.
Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure teams follow them consistently.
Requirements
Education:
Master's degree (Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field preferred).
Experience:
1-2 years in operations, team coordination, or project management (preferably in a digital marketing agency).
Strong understanding of digital marketing operations (social media, ad management, editing, shoots).
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities effectively.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets, data handling, and basic analysis.
