Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries across email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and calls with professionalism and empathy. Handle complaints, returns, and exchanges, ensuring every customer issue is resolved efficiently. Build strong relationships with customers, making them feel valued and connected to our brand. Gather customer feedback to share with the team for product and service improvements. Oversee daily order processing and dispatches, ensuring smooth execution. Monitor team workflows and provide support where needed to ensure productivity.

What we're looking for:

A multitasker who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer relationships.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle operations effectively.

Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and inventory management systems.

Prior experience in customer service, operations, or e-commerce is a bonus but not mandatory.
