Location: Hotel Seagate, Pathadipalam, Edappally, Kochi Salary: ₹20,000 - ?25,000 per month Accommodation: Provided --- Job Overview: Hotel Seagate is seeking a qualified and experienced Operational Manager to oversee the overall functioning of our hotel bar operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, staff supervision, and customer satisfaction while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency. --- Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the bar and hotel premises. Supervise and coordinate staff schedules, performance, and discipline. Ensure smooth customer service and handle guest concerns professionally. Manage stock, inventory, and vendor coordination. Handle cash management, billing, and basic banking tasks. Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards. Support the General Manager in implementing operational policies and procedures. Prepare and submit daily operational and sales reports. --- Qualifications & Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (Hotel Management preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in the hotel or bar industry. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of bar operations, staff handling, and vendor management.
