Job Description

JOB ROLES -

1)Project Management:



A)Coordination Overseeing the execution of interior design projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

B)Oversee and manage end-to-end project operations from initiation to handover.

C).Coordinate with designers, project managers, site supervisors, vendors, and clients to ensure project milestones are met.Monitor project timelines and resource allocation to avoid delays and cost overruns.Conduct regular site visits to ensure project progress and quality standards.

2) Team Coordination:



Collaborating with design teams, project managers, vendors, and contractors to streamline operations and ensure project milestones are met.

Plan and allocate resources efficiently across multiple projects to maximize productivity.

Lead daily/weekly team meetings to review project status, resolve challenges, and ensure smooth operations.

3)Quality Assurance:



Ensuring that the quality of work aligns with Livspace's standards and client expectations.

4)Vendor and Resource Management:



Managing relationships with suppliers and contractors, ensuring timely procurement and availability of materials.

5)Client Interaction:



Serving as a point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns, and keeping them updated on project progress.

Ensure clear communication between clients and internal teams regarding project updates, timelines, and deliverables.Address client concerns promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

6)Process Improvement:



Identifying areas for operational improvements and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency.

7)Budget and Cost Management:



Monitoring project costs and ensuring financial compliance, optimizing resource utilisation.

Approve project-related expenditures within agreed limits.

Work closely with finance to track billing, collections, and vendor payments.

8)Reporting and Documentation:



Maintaining accurate records of project progress, budgets, and any issues encountered.

Qualifications:



1)Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.

2)MBA or additional certifications in Operations Management (preferred).Proven experience (5+ years) in operations/project management in an interior design, construction, or architectural firm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
