Oversee all hotel departments including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and guest services.
Ensure smooth daily operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Monitor budgets, optimize costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) across departments.
Lead, motivate, and develop departmental managers and staff.
Handle guest complaints and ensure quick and effective resolutions.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and other legal standards.
Analyze performance data and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to maximize room occupancy and revenue.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Hotel Operations Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and make sound decisions under pressure.
Knowledge of hotel management software (PMS systems such as Opera, Cloudbeds, etc.)
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
