Having a deep understanding of Flipkart & Amazon policies & SOP regarding handling and reporting process of shipment losses.
Coordinate with Internal and client team for incidents of losses, investigate and submit the TAT bound appropriate RCA to the client along with required supporting.
Utilize data to analyze loss patterns and trends specific to station /WM / type of losses / process anomalies and follow the proactive prevention & information process.
Experience:
3-4+ years of experience in loss prevention in Ecommerce business or having experience as a Hub charge for E- commerce Hub/Station with Flipkart/Amazon
Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with technologies (CCTV access control, etc.), data analysis proficiency in Excel/Google sheet.
Communication Skill :
Good written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to coordinate with client & internal team.
