Operational Incharge (Store & Production Coordinator)
Reports to: Founder
Profile Summary:
A proactive, organized individual who oversees the daily operations - ensuring smooth coordination between sales, tailoring, inventory, and customer delivery. The Operational Incharge acts as the central link between all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee store functioning, staff scheduling, and workflow.
- Coordinate between sales team and tailoring unit for timely delivery.
- Manage client orders, trials, and production updates.
- Handle inventory, supplier coordination, and logistics.
- Ensure brand standards in packaging, display, and customer service.
- Report daily progress, sales, and order status to management.
Skills & Qualities:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent coordination and multitasking ability.
- Prior experience in a retail or fashion operations role.
- Systematic, accountable, and solution-oriented approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
