Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and process efficiency.
Coordinate between departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and project deliverables.
Visit all company branches as and when required for operational supervision and support.
Manage staff attendance, leaves, and early exit records accurately.
Monitor inventory, logistics, and resource allocation for operational needs.
Maintain data and prepare reports using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other tools.
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for better productivity.
Support management in planning and implementing operational strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Prior experience in operations or administration preferred.
