Sr. Engineer - Operations Excellence

Qualification:

Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

03 to 05 Years

Chhatral GIDC, Phase - 2, Ta.: Kalol, Dist.: Gandhinagar - 382729, Gujarat.

:

Develop and implement process improvement strategies resulting in Production and Waste reduction. Collaborate with senior management to drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of excellence. Led process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma tools, Kaizen and other methodologies, resulting in reduction of job change over time. Develop and deliver training on continuous improvement tools and principles, and mentor employees on adopting new methodologies and problem-solving techniques. Work with various departments, plant managers, and business leaders to ensure project alignment with strategic objectives and to secure necessary resources.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
