Responsibilities:


Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.


Monitor and report on the performance of implemented improvements to ensure sustained success.


Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data and develop actionable insights.


Conduct root cause analysis to address operational issues and implement corrective actions.


Assist in the development and maintenance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness.


Support the continuous improvement culture by promoting innovation and a problem-solving mindset across the organization.


Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.


Proven experience in process improvement, operations analysis, or a similar role.


Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.


Experience with Transportation & Logistics - mandatory.


Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel - mandatory.


Exceptional English communication skills - mandatory.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.


Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis software.


Ideal:


Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) is highly desirable.


Experience in the operations or distribution industry.


Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.


Familiarity with ERP systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).


Ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional teams and workshops.


Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
