Job Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Operational Assistant to support our busy radiology center. In this role, you'll assist with patient flow, administrative tasks, and operational support, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our patients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assisting with patient registration and check-in processes. Providing clear and concise instructions to patients. Helping to ensure patient comfort and address basic inquiries. Helping with patient transport within the facility.

Administrative Support:

Assisting with scheduling appointments and managing patient records. Performing data entry and maintaining accurate documentation. Handling phone calls and correspondence. Assisting with the organization and maintenance of departmental supplies.

Operational Assistance:

Observing and assisting technologists and radiologists with various procedures. Assisting with the preparation of examination rooms and equipment. Learning about the operation and maintenance of radiology equipment. Assisting with the flow of digital images.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Observing and adhering to HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality guidelines. Assisting with quality improvement initiatives. Learning about and adhering to safety protocols, including radiation safety.

Qualifications:

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
