. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality theoretical and practical training to students enrolled in the Operation Theatre Technology program, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to work competently in clinical settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver classroom and laboratory-based training on Operation Theatre techniques, sterilization, surgical instruments, and patient care during pre-, intra-, and post-operative stages.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assessments, and evaluation tools in alignment with curriculum standards.
Provide hands-on demonstrations and supervise practical training in simulated or real clinical environments.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and progress.
Support students in skill development, provide individual mentoring, and resolve academic queries.
Coordinate with academic coordinators, industry experts, and healthcare partners for guest lectures, workshops, and internships.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory guidelines in healthcare education.
Conduct periodic reviews and upgrade training methods and content as per industry trends.
