Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain the operation theatre before, during, and after surgeries Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures Ensure sterilization and aseptic techniques are strictly followed Arrange, handle, and maintain surgical instruments and equipment Monitor and maintain OT equipment functionality Assist in patient positioning and transfer Dispose biomedical waste as per hospital protocols Maintain OT inventory and records

Skills

Knowledge of OT procedures and surgical instruments Understanding of sterilization and infection control practices Ability to work in high-pressure and emergency situations Good communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and discipline Basic troubleshooting of OT equipment

Qualification

Diploma or Certificate in Operation Theatre Technology / OT Technician course B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technician Certification from a recognized institute

Experience

0-2 years of experience as an OT Technician Freshers may be considered Experience in multi-specialty hospital OT preferred

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
