Prepare and maintain the operation theatre for laparoscopic and general surgical procedures.
Handle, sterilize, and maintain laparoscopic instruments and OT equipment.
Assist surgeons and anesthetists during laparoscopic surgeries.
Ensure proper functioning of laparoscopic towers, cameras, light sources, and monitors.
Follow OT protocols, infection control guidelines, and NABH standards.
Maintain OT records, instrument logs, and inventory.
Ensure proper cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of OT equipment.
Assist in emergency surgical procedures as required.
Eligibility & Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Operation Theatre Technology or equivalent qualification.
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
in laparoscopic OT procedures.
Hands-on experience with laparoscopic instruments and equipment.
Knowledge of sterilization techniques and OT safety protocols.
Willingness to work in shifts, including emergency duties.
