Position Responsibility summary:

The CRRT & Plasma Therapist Specialist is responsible for providing high-quality, specialized care in Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) and plasma exchange treatments. This role involves initiating, monitoring, and managing CRRT and plasma therapy for patients with critical renal and plasma-related conditions.

Key responsibilities include ensuring adherence to treatment protocols, maintaining equipment, monitoring patient responses, and minimizing treatment-related complications. The specialist collaborates closely with nephrologists, intensivists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated patient care and provide patient/family education on treatment expectations.

This position requires strict adherence to safety and infection control standards and a commitment to ongoing professional development in renal therapies.

Qualification & Skills:

? Certification in CRRT and plasma exchange therapy or equivalent experience

? Knowledge of renal physiology and critical care protocols

? Excellent patient management and interdisciplinary communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
