We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant to support licensed Occupational Therapists in delivering high-quality care to patients. The OTA will assist in implementing treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and promoting independence in daily living activities. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a patient-centered approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation of OT treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
Guide patients through therapeutic activities to improve functional skills
Document patient progress and report to the supervising OT
Prepare and maintain treatment areas and equipment
Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home programs
Qualifications:
Associate degree from an accredited OTA program
Current state licensure/certification as an OTA
CPR certification (preferred)
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
