Job Description

Position: Operation Theatre In Charge

Location: Trivandrum

Employment Type: Full-Time | Senior Leadership Role

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operation s of all OTs.

Allocate duties and manage OT Schedules.

Ensure infection, sterilization, and safety protocols.

Coordinate between surgical, anesthesia, and nursing teams.

Maintain inventory of surgical instruments and supplies

Qualifications & Experience:

BSc/GNM Nursing

Minimum 5 years of experience (at least 2 years in a supervisory role)

Knowledge of OT protocols, equipment, and surgical procedures,

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
