Prepare and maintain the operation theatre environment ensuring sterility and safety
Manage OT equipment maintenance and availability of medical and diagnostic supplies
Supervise OT staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
Ensure strict adherence to infection control policies and biomedical waste disposal protocols
Assist anesthetists during emergencies and intra-operative procedures
Coordinate with Quality Department for NABH accreditation compliance and audits
Maintain a safe, healthy, and secure working environment for staff and patients
Monitor OT operations to assure quality and continuous improvement
