Operation Theatre (OT) Coordinator

to support and streamline surgical scheduling, patient preparation, and interdepartmental coordination.

Job Type:

Full-Time

Experience Required:

8-10 years in OT operations or coordination

Qualification:

B.Sc Nursing / GNM / Pharmacist

Develop and maintain the OT schedule, coordinating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other relevant staff.

Communicate effectively with all stakeholders regarding schedule changes and updates.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to prevent shortages.

Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs for OT equipment.

Ensure compliance with infection control policies and procedures.

Manage hazardous waste and ensure proper disposal.

Supervise and support OT staff, ensuring they are aware of their roles and responsibilities.

Provide training and guidance to staff on procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.

Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding surgical procedures.

Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to improve patient care and outcomes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
