Key responsibilities

Operating room preparation:

Set up surgical instruments and equipment, ensure all necessary supplies are available, and confirm that machines like ventilators and anesthesia machines are functioning correctly.

Sterilization and infection control:

Sterilize all surgical instruments and equipment, maintain a sterile field, and adhere to strict infection control policies to prevent the spread of disease.

Assistance during surgery:

Work directly with the surgical team by passing instruments, managing lighting, and other equipment, and anticipate the surgeon's needs.

Patient care:

Assist with patient preparation, including transfer to the operating table, and sometimes provide support during the pre-operative and post-operative phases.

Equipment and supply management:

Operate and maintain equipment, monitor and restock supplies, and maintain records of surgical procedures and equipment usage.

Post-surgery tasks:

Clean the operating room, dispose of medical waste according to protocol, and assist with patient recovery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
