Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated

Operation Technician Executive

to join our solar energy team. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of solar power systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can ensure the efficient performance of solar installations, troubleshoot technical issues, and support overall site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine operation and maintenance (O&M) of solar PV systems. Monitor system performance and identify technical issues. Troubleshoot and resolve system faults, wiring issues, and inverter problems. Conduct regular inspections of solar panels, inverters, and electrical connections. Coordinate with the project and service teams for on-site activities. Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports of site performance and maintenance. Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational protocols. Support the installation team when required.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in solar operations, electrical maintenance, or technical fieldwork. ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field (preferred). Strong understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, and electrical circuits. Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel to different project sites if required. Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.

Education:

ITI / Diploma / Graduate in Electrical, Electronics, or relevant field
