Manage complete event operations from planning to final delivery. Handle event coordination, team management, post-production assignment, quality checks, and timely delivery of photos/videos to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate events from start to finish
Assign work to photographers, videographers & editors
Manage post-production timelines and quality
Coordinate with clients and handle revisions
Ensure on-time delivery of final outputs
Skills Required:
Event & operations management experience
Good communication & coordination skills
Basic knowledge of photo/video workflow
Team handling & problem-solving skills
Preferred: Experience in photography / media / event industry
