Designation - Operation Support Executive
Work Experience - 1 year to 3 years
Work timing -8am to 5 PM EST/CST/PST as per client requirement (India night shift)
Working Days - 5 Days Location -Work from Office in Bangalore
Reporting to - Process Manager
Immediate joiners preferred.
Role Description
- Inbound International Voice BPO role
- Its in Logistics Domain. The role will require interaction with US based customers/End users and managing their business needs.
- The role will require working knowledge of typing/maintaining basic reports in Excel
- Good Spoken English skills to interact with clients/end users
- Proven customer service skills that support robust and loyal relations
- Good math skills to organize load efficiency while not exceeding legal limitations.
- Proven Critical-thinking skills with the ability to take and give critical feedback.
- Must be self-motivated and able to manage the stress and demands of the role.
- Creative problem-solving incoming answering calls describing our service to potential clients (adding value during conversation)
Role Requirements :
- Great Spoken English Communication skills
- Previous international voice customer support experience preferable
- Ready to work in EST/CST/PST as per client requirements
- Basic Computer skills in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Familiar with Outlook, MS teams etc.
