JOB DESCRIPTION
1.) Job Purpose:-
Need a operation manager who can centrally drive following:
1.Creating, ensuring adherence, and constantly revising Operation processes and Strategy
2.Rolling out and driving adherence to the process and strategy with team members.
3.Collaborating and interacting with other departments such as sales , credit ,finance and collections etc.
4.Publishing management information, Presentations, dashboards, trend charts in Excel and other company data visualization tools
5.Owning and managing adherence to processes and procedures for operations as per the company policies
6.Managing operations through agency and on roll employees
7.Managing customer care department
2.) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -
Responsible for:
1.Ensuring adherence to processes and policies as per company and regulatory guidelines.
2.Implementation of operations strategy with teams and tracking compliance
3.Reporting and analysis of the portfolio data with segmentation and stratification
4.Consolidated presentations for senior management
5.Managing operation agency and on roll employees, coordinating with Field teams including its Service levels
6.Responsible for processes at Head office related to Audit and compliance activities.
7.Handling customer care. Resolving external and internal customer queries with in time lines defined

5.) Skill Sets & competencies: -
1.Ease of working with, understanding, and remembering operations metrics and numbers
2.Expertise in Data reporting, stratification, segmentation, and Analysis
3.Expertise in creating trend charts, data visualization to display the required data
4.Experience in creating operations strategy preferably in NBFC industry
5.Exposure to Captive finance
6.Excellent communication skills in terms of working with senior management and managing communications with Field teams
7.Understanding of overall NBFC business and its functions
8.Understanding of customer care roles and responsibilities
6.) Work Relationship: -
Internal
Work closely with operation on rolls, agency and other departments
External
Work with various agencies that help in retail loan processing /Vendors / Customers /Audit agencies
7.) Qualification, Age and Experience: -
Education-
Minimum qualification: Graduate
Professional Qualification-
MBA(preferred )
Experience
Require 6+ years of overall experience in handling retail operations
