Job Responsibilities:-

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our organization as an Operation Sales professional within the Financial Services industry.

should have knowledge of all financial Product i.e. Fixed Deposit, Mutual funds, Bonds ,insurance etc

Expanding the customer base by up selling & cross selling of product

Resolving customer complaint quickly & efficiently

Keeping the customer updated on the latest product in order to increase sales

Query Handling & Problem solving

Requirements:-

- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.

- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role within the financial services industry.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics effectively.

Experience : -

Minimum one year experience in telesales.
