The Operation Program Specialist, will support Operations by managing the communication, reporting and management of the scheduling, data inventory and deliverables of the business. This position will work cross-functionally with all departments supporting the business to ensure deliverables are met on-time and to help resolve any bottlenecks in the process flow. This position will also generate and provide operations-based reports to the operations teams which include but are not limited to: aged data inventory, delivery schedules, milestone updates, delivery performance metrics and daily operations status reports.
The Operation Program Specialist may also provide additional support to Operations by handling special projects and external resource management.

Essential Duties/ResponsibilitiesMaintain a positive, results-oriented work environment by building partnerships, modeling teamwork and communicating in an open, balanced and objective manner Develop, implement and manage the core communication process for managing inventory, scheduling and deliverables Manage operations-based reports including: inventory, operations scheduling/planning, delivery performance metrics, operations status reports Working with the operations management to develop, implement and maintain both the individual and departmental performance metrics for Image Analysis Working on capacity and resource planning for all external technical resources Support the Operations teams with planning, process updates and timelines Identify areas for process improvement and help lead the updates May represent Image Analysis and Operations in both internal/external meetings May work on special projects as assigned by VP, Operations compliance with internal SOPs

Education:Minimum Bachelor's Degree (preference in Life Sciences or similar) or equivalent education/work experience

Relevant Work Experience:One to two years in a clinical research environment preferred Minimum of one to three years in a client facing role

Knowledge/Abilities -Technical Skills:Must be highly organized and motivated Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients Good problem-solving skills Ability to work in groups and individually with moderate supervision Ability to learn and apply new technology General knowledge of applicable regulations desired General knowledge of Good Clinical Practice desired Self-starter with a collaborative and enthusiastic disposition Ability to multi-task, respond to challenges with creativity, empathy and flexibility, and work well in a fast paced team environment Intermediate MS office experience required Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills
