Job Opportunity: Operations Manager - Domestic Collections

Location:

South India (Kerala / Tamil Nadu / Karnataka / Telangana preferred)

Department:

Collections - Domestic Process

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a

team of collection executives

handling domestic portfolios. Drive collection performance across buckets (0-6), early-stage, late-stage, and recovery portfolios, ensuring achievement of monthly targets.

monitor collections performance, manage customers, team managements

, etc Analyze

delinquency trends

and implement strategies to reduce NPAs. Conduct regular

team huddles

, performance reviews, and

motivate team members

. Ensure compliance with

company policies, regulatory guidelines, and RBI norms

. Coordinate with senior management for

process improvements and escalations

.

Requirements:

Experience:

5-8 years in collections/recovery/financial services, with 1-2 years in a

supervisory or TL role

.

Preferred Background:

BFSI, NBFC, Recovery agencies, or Exchange houses. Strong knowledge of

retail loan products

(PL, CL, CD, Auto Loan, Digital Products). Ability to manage

high-pressure targets

and

motivate teams

.

Communication Skills:

English + regional languages (Malayalam/Tamil/Telugu/Kannada preferred).

Skills:

Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
