Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Director of a leading marble and granite contracting company in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will act as a vital link between the Director, General Manager, and operational teams, ensuring smooth coordination, daily reporting, and operational follow-ups. This is a high-visibility role that requires excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills, and a strong understanding of construction operations.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal teams, clients, consultants, and stakeholders.Attend internal and external meetings alongside the Director, take minutes, follow up on action items, and ensure timely execution.Coordinate and follow up on day-to-day project operations with the General Manager and department heads.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project progress, departmental performance, and operational challenges.Assist in reviewing documents, proposals, and contracts for decision-making.Support the Director in planning and prioritizing key business activities.Ensure the Director's schedule is well-managed, including meeting arrangements, travel, and communication.Assist in strategy implementation, goal tracking, and progress measurement.Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Provide additional administrative and business support as required. Prepare PPT's for meetings, presentations. Requirements:MBA in Administration from a recognized institution (Mandatory).Based in Mumbai with knowledge of local business dynamics.3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction, interior fit-out, or civil finishes industry.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.Ability to multitask, manage priorities, work under pressure timelines / deadlines, ability to push teams and handle time-sensitive issues effectively.High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and communication tools and use of AI toolsPreferred Qualifications:Background or experience in interior fit-outs, marble, or civil finishes is a strong advantage.Previous experience in supporting senior leadership in construction or contracting companies is highly desirable.Salary: 6,50,000 to 7,50,000Work Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to SaturdayWork Location: Mumbai Juhu (western suburb candidates preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹750,000.00 per year
