Job Description

1.Farm Management

Oversee day-to-day operations of layer farms to achieve targeted egg production, feed efficiency, and mortality norms. Ensure strict bio-security protocols, disease prevention measures, and hygiene standards across all farms. Lead farm manpower planning, training, productivity, discipline, and performance management. Monitor input usage (feed, vaccines, medicines, consumables) and control operational wastage.

2. Warehouse Management

Manage egg warehouses and cold rooms (where applicable) to ensure quality preservation and FIFO practices. Ensure accurate stock accounting of eggs, trays, and packaging material. Minimize breakage, transit losses, and pilferage through controls and supervision. Coordinate with farms and sales teams for daily stock availability and dispatch planning.

3. Sales & Collections

Drive egg sales volumes, realization, and market expansion in assigned territories. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, wholesalers, and institutional buyers. o Ensure timely collections, credit control, and adherence to approved credit limits. Monitor daily sales, outstanding receivables, and market pricing trends. Coordinate with finance for reconciliation of sales and collections.

Experience

: 10 years in Commercial layer operations management / poultry experience
