Operations Manager

to oversee and manage multiple properties.

Job Role: Operations Manager

The

Operations Manager

will be responsible for the overall management, performance, and profitability of multiple properties in Kerala and Karnataka. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on operational expertise to maintain high service standards across all units.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across multiple hotel & resort properties. Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure smooth functioning of all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, etc.). Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost control measures. Drive guest satisfaction by maintaining high service quality standards. Recruit, train, and supervise property-level managers and staff. Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all properties. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory requirements. Work closely with sales & marketing teams to support occupancy and revenue targets. Regularly visit and audit properties to monitor performance and suggest improvements. Foster strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and local partners.
Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Hotel Management or Business Administration preferred. Minimum

5+ years of hotel operations experience

, including multi-property management. Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills. Excellent knowledge of hospitality operations, budgeting, and quality control. Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, regional languages preferred). Ability to travel frequently between properties in Kerala and Karnataka.
