We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead the operations of VGP Play Kingdom - Coimbatore, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient processes, and high standards of safety and service.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

Oversee daily operations of the arcade and gaming zones, ensuring seamless guest flow and operational efficiency.

Coordinate across teams -- ticketing, gaming, security, maintenance, and F&B.

Develop and implement SOPs for service quality, revenue tracking, and staff productivity.

Monitor budgets, expenses, and operational KPIs to achieve profitability targets.

Guest Experience & Service Quality

Drive customer satisfaction through superior guest service, engagement, and problem resolution.

Implement guest feedback systems and service recovery protocols.

Introduce creative engagement programs to enhance visitor experience and retention.

Team & Staff Management

Supervise and motivate front-line and support staff.

Manage rosters, manpower deployment, and training schedules.

Encourage a positive, customer-first culture within the operations team.

Safety, Maintenance & Compliance

Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance in all operations.

Coordinate with technical and maintenance teams for preventive maintenance and gaming equipment upkeep.

Uphold hygiene, cleanliness, and safety norms across the facility.

Coordination & Strategic Support

Liaise with marketing and events teams to support promotions, launches, and special events.

Support management in implementing new attractions, system upgrades, and operational improvements.

Prepare reports on operational performance, customer insights, and revenue trends.

Desired Skills & Experience

5-10 years of proven experience in operations management within arcades, entertainment centers, theme parks, F&B, or hospitality.

Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of gaming systems, customer service operations, and facility management.

Hands-on experience in SOP creation, vendor management, and safety compliance.

Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or Operations Management. MBA preferred.
