Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily restaurant operations, including kitchen, service, and cleanliness standards.
Manage and motivate staff to maintain high service quality and teamwork.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers.
Implement cost control measures to optimize profitability.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
Plan and execute promotional activities to attract and retain customers.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and expense reports for management.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Problem-solving attitude with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Basic computer skills (POS systems, MS Office).
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualification: Any graduate (Hotel Management preferred).
