Job Description
Profile Operation Manager Technical:1. Qualification: BE / B-Tech Electrical2. Experience: At least Five years experience as Operation Manager Technical profile in reputed organization.3. Ability to undertake following work responsibilities independently:(i) Interact with clients of different sites of the organization in NCR for smooth operation.(ii) Manage deployed manpower of the sites and fulfill deficiencies in shortest possible time.(iii) Eye for details in technical faults and snags.(iv) Help in Snagging & fault rectification of equipment & circuitry of the sites.(v) In depth & in hand working knowledge of various installed machinery of sites viz. HT & LT equipment, Breakers & Switchgears, HT & LT panels, DG, Transformer, Pumps, Motors, Fire Fighting, Alarm & Protection system, Lift, Elevators, Lighting system, STP, WTP and other installed equipment.(vi) Statutory Compliance for building operation.(vii) 52 weeks PPM planning & execution.(vii) Report generation and documentation.(viii) Planning for site & operational improvement.4. Good verbal & written communication skill.5. Will be able to attend call of duty at any time if required.6. Remuneration: 7 to 8 Lakh per annum.7. Joining time: Immediate8. Candidate residing in Noida region will be preferred.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?700,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per yearSchedule:
