Duties
Oversee daily store or branch operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies
Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team through effective training, coaching, and performance evaluations
Coordinate employee orientation, onboarding, and ongoing training to foster professional growth
Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities
Supervise cashiering activities including cash handling, POS transactions, and customer interactions
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards
Conduct interviewing and recruiting processes to attract top talent and build a high-performing team
Oversee payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative tasks to ensure operational accuracy
Utilize management tools for scheduling shifts, monitoring sales data, and managing store resources efficiently
Foster positive customer relationships through effective communication skills and excellent phone etiquette
Requirements
Proven experience in retail management or store supervision with strong leadership skills
Demonstrated expertise in employee orientation, training & development, and team management
Proficiency in inventory management systems, POS technology, and retail math principles
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to handle purchasing and pricing decisions confidently
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customer bases
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Experience in recruiting, interviewing, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and cash handling
Knowledge of retail sales strategies including merchandising, marketing, and promotional activities
Ability to supervise staff across shifts while maintaining high standards of customer service
Effective communication skills coupled with phone etiquette for engaging with customers and team members alike
