Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Operations Manager

who will oversee daily operations with a strong focus on managing the

Graphics and Video Editing Team

. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflows, timely delivery of creatives, and high-quality output aligned with client and brand expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the graphics/design team to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables Plan, assign, and track daily, weekly, and monthly design tasks Act as a bridge between the creative team, social media managers, and leadership Streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity Monitor workloads, deadlines, and performance of the graphics team Ensure brand guidelines and creative standards are consistently followed Handle resource planning, scheduling, and capacity management Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements Maintain clear documentation, reports, and workflow systems

Requirements

Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Project Manager, or similar role in a creative or social media agency Strong understanding of graphic design workflows and creative processes Ability to manage and motivate a creative team Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced agency environment Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

Background in digital marketing or social media agencies Basic understanding of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Capcut or Canva Experience scaling processes for growing teams
