Oversee day-to-day operations of the NBFC branch.
Manage and control
collection activities
, including timely follow-up with customers.
Ensure smooth
credit processing
, approval coordination, and documentation.
Monitor customer repayment, overdue accounts, and NPA control.
Maintain
MIS reports
on collections, credit, and customer follow-ups.
Coordinate with field executives, collection agents, and senior management.
Improve workflow, operational efficiency, and customer handling.
Ensure compliance with company policies and
RBI/NBFC guidelines
.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any stream (
MBA/Finance preferred
).
Minimum
2-3 years' experience
in NBFC operations/collection/credit.
Strong communication, leadership, and team-handling skills.
Good knowledge of
MS Excel, MIS & NBFC processes
.
Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability.
