Manage and execute outdoor operational tasks related to logistics, clients, and vendors.
Handle bank-related work including deposits, withdrawals, cheque submissions, and document verification.
Candidate must have own vehicle.
Collect and submit documents to government offices, clients, and third-party vendors.
Coordinate pickup and delivery of materials, parcels, and equipment as required.
Support internal office operations such as filing, documentation, and record maintenance.
Assist HR and operations teams with onboarding documentation and verification processes.
Ensure timely movement and tracking of documents and materials across locations.
Coordinate with clients and vendors professionally for follow-ups, signatures, and service needs.
Maintain accurate logs, reports, receipts, and compliance with company policies.
Handle urgent operational requirements, resolve issues proactively, and report daily activities to management.
