:All Operational aspects including Operations, Customer service, Support to HR, Administration, Sales and Support Coordination, SOP, STU relationship Making business plans, strategies and business segment/ manager wise target, KRA KPI consultation with GM's. Arranging require training, development and motivation to team & evaluate their performances. Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions plan that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities. Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws. Prepare monthly reports on sales, Collection & Outstanding. ISO Documentation & compliance Coordination with HO for any support require in branch. System implementations & improvements (CRM cloud & App) Responsible for Local PR and advertisements. Responsible for Retail Product for south Taking feedback from end clients & Channel Partner Carrying out study, market research & testimonials Responsible for development of "Vritti" brand loyalty.
